Note To Myself

Dear Me

I've decided to start a book blog for you so that you will be forced to read and read regularly. And I don't mean those indulgent wishy washy magazines that you fawn over every week.

No. You should fill your brain with witty musings, thoughtful observations, literary ponderings and intelligent word-turns of the lettered world.

Vogue, US Weekly and URTV do not count. High-brow literature, yonder classics, book prize winners, rave-reviewed stuff do. Cute chick lit, fast-paced crime thrillers, and thrashy sex novels (once in a while) also can.

So now that we have set the tone, begin. Pick up the book by the bedside and read.
